Me and my sister was assigned to the doctor five years ago I do not know how he is still in business. He is the most incompetent doctor I’ve ever met in my life. I have a heart condition I have two stents placed in my arteries for my heart I have high cholesterol and triglycerides My my sister has high blood pressure and we both suffer from depression And all of this is on record when we first went to see him and told him we need our prescriptions filled. He laughed, and then did not believe that we were sick. We told him look at our medical records and you will see for the last 30 years we’ve been taking these medication’s. He still did not believe us, and would not give us our meds We had to have our doctors from a different county where we used to live call him to verify then he finally gave us our meds but waited five days to send them to a drugstore We would call him every day and say hey, you did not send over or prescriptions He would say I’m working on it that took five days And this is an ongoing thing with him he gives his prescriptions and never sent them to the drugstore It literally takes days or even weeks before he gets to it Somehow, I still believe that he thinks we’re not sick He’s always trying to milk our insurance No bedside manner very rude Very arrogant And whatever symptoms you have, he will Google it the same as you would to find out what’s wrong And most of the time he has no diagnosis of what’s wrong with you He just wants you to come into his office. He gets paid and cares nothing about his patience.

This old dude doesn’t know how to treat his patients. He also makes you wait more than 1 hour even though you have an appointment. What’s the point of an appointment then? Avoid at all cost!

Strongly advise against considering Dr. Kishore Narra and their staff due to their unacceptable behavior. Their conduct falls far below acceptable standards and is not conducive to a positive patient experience. Seek alternative healthcare providers for better care and professionalism. Filed a complaint to medical board seeking assistance

NEGATIVE Rating for this place. I had never written a feedback before even though if I was not satisfied with some service, but this time they forced me to do so. Sorry the story is bit long, but i want to save everyone from being going there and feel cheated at the end. So Me and my husband took an appointment for Annual health checkup with the doctor's office and I specifically checked with them that we are new patient and coming for annual health check and would there be any copay for it. They mentioned that for Annual checkup there wont be anything as it is completely covered by the health insurance. So we took an appointment for August 2017 and we went there and met the doctor, he asked if you have any problem. I just told him nothing as such we are here for annual checkup but i feel that i do have problem with the milk and i feel bloated after having it. So i have stopped taking milk, for which doctor told me that's fine and you can take calcium from any other source. Then as usual he recommended normal blood test and urine test as part of annual checkup and asked us to come after 2 weeks when reports will be ready. After 2 weeks we went and we knew at time that we need to pay the copay as it's not fully covered. We paid the copay and doctor just told us about our report, which anyways we got it from the MYQUEST. But still we were happy and we felt that doctor examined us properly and we also recommended the doctor to all our friends. But today all of sudden after 7 months we received a statement from the doctors office to pay the copay for our first visit. I called the doctors office and the SUPER RUDE lady picked the phone and explained me that no it was not a annual checkup as i told the doctor that after having milk i feel bloated. So if you are telling a doctor something it wont be annual check. That rude lady was not listening to me kept on saying something. I was amazed at her explanation and later when i asked her that ok then explain me that what treatment did doctor recommended me for that NOTHING right , then why are you charging me. She had nothing to say and later said that the lady working here at time has left and she forget to explain you about it when you came for the second visit. Later in the evening we went to their office, but without explaining us that lady walked away. Oh god how can someone keep lady like this working in the front office. Though paying a copay was not an issue for us but what we feel is that they cheated us. You never know they can send a huge claim at your address any time. So a suggestion to everyone PLEASE AVOID THEM and be careful with them. THEY ARE JUST MONEY MINDED and search for different ways to extract money from the people visiting them.

Dr. Narra is a great physician. His staff is beyond amazing. So many doctor's offices in the bay area don't answer their phone. Dr. Narra's staff answered immediately and I was seen the same day as a first time patient due to Dr. Narra's concern about my symptoms. I would take the negative reviews of Dr. Narra with a grain of salt.
