As first-time buyers, we had lots of questions, no idea what it was we really wanted or needed, and ever-changing needs and expectations. Taj was beyond patient. She always had a smile, a kind word, and the answers we needed to hear, even if it wasn't the one we wanted. Buying a house in this competitive market was tough. We had to put in several offers and see more houses that we probably needed to. But we were looking for OUR 1st home. And to us, it had to be perfect and it had to be us. Taj listened, took in our input, and in the end, the house we own now was one that SHE found and not one we thought we wanted based on well-placed lying cameras! Trust me, we insisted on seeing a LOT of duds! But she never shot us down, she let us see what we wanted but she also gave us some amazing suggestions. At times, we thought it was never going to happen, that the market was too rough, that we didn't have a good enough offer, and Taj kept us informed, encouraged, and calm. She even hugged away a few tears! She was exactly what we needed. In fact, she was too good to us! If you are looking for someone to hold your hand and walk you through the whole process, Taj is the person to call. If you want to do it all on your own, you can call her, but you'll miss out on the most important part, the service and knowledge she provides. If we could do it again (which we won't... not for a while anyway, we LOVE our home!) we would choose Taj again. Thank you, Taj!

Kim is by fair one of the best agents I have ever had the pleasure to work with in purchasing a home. She went the extra mile on everything. We live 6 hours away and Kim handle more than the transaction, she basically assisted in every aspect in getting us moved in. Honestly, 5 stars doesn't do her justice. Amazing agent, better person.

Kim helped me sell my house in Indio. I have worked with many realtors and liked them all. Kim however taught me what a really good realtor will do. The details from fertilizing my plants, buying a fan battery, disposal of old batteries, picking up mail, meeting roof contractor, and so much more amazed me. These are the little things. The big marketing approach and visual of my property is what sold it. She represented me perfectly to the buyer from our first interview when I stated my goals. I truly am grateful that I chose Kim to sell my home.

Kim Ott, Sarah Putnam, and their team were awesome to work with. They went above and beyond in finding us a new house, and selling our old house. They found the perfect place for our family of 4, and negotiated a great price. They found a buyer for our old house within a week. Also, they went out of their way to help us transition from the old house to the new house. I'm extremely happy that we decided to go with Kim and Sarah, and would highly recommend them to anyone else looking to buy or sell a home.
