I have been working with Khob team for past 2 years for my income tax return filing. Their service during the past 2 years were excellent. The Khob tax consultant who was interacting with me was truly serving me as a personal tax consultant by constantly and proactively following up with me over email and phone about clarifications and artifacts she needed to file my regular returns and amendments for the past years. Considering the fact that I was working with one of the big 4 prior to approaching Khob, I am fully satisfied with the level and quality of services Khob offered.

I’ve been filing my taxes with KHOB Tax for years, but the service has seriously declined especially this year. I called four days in a row and was told each time, “We’ll call you back in five minutes.” That call never came. Not once. What’s most frustrating isn’t just the poor communication it’s the lack of honesty and follow-through. Promises are made repeatedly and never kept. It feels like getting a simple update or completed task is nearly impossible. Clear communication and reliability are basic expectations for a tax service. Unfortunately, this business has shown neither. I cannot recommend them based on my recent experience.

Used their services first time this year as I have been doing my own taxes for many years. I had a complex return this year and found about them through a referral. They did a great job overall - process was streamlined through their portal and once documents were uploaded, they prepared the initial return with minimal input. We had couple of iterations around the details and some missed forms from my side - but they handled everything efficiently. Team was quite responsive even with looming tax deadline. Will definitely recommend their services. I plan to use them as well as tax savings from additional deductions they found more than covered their fees.

Working with Venkat and the Khob team has been a great experience. They handled my complex global tax situation with ease, staying focused on compliance and quality every step of the way. While their rates aren't the lowest, their price point is justified by the level of care and detail they provide. They truly find that "sweet spot" between being affordable and being incredibly thorough.

Ms. Haritha is highly knowledgeable in handling taxes for individuals with both U.S. and India income. She was very accommodating with multiple appointments and clearly explained the tax calculations and overall process. Highly recommend this place for reliable service.
