Kent, Lillie, and the rest of the team are world class superstars! I could probably write an entire novel on our home buying experience. The most important point being we couldn't have done it without The Turner Advantage Team. We were in a bind: our landlord decided to not renew our lease and we weren't sure if renting for another year made sense. Our goal had always been to purchase a home by early 2017. We first met Kent and Lillie randomly at an open house when we began to seriously look for a home to purchase. At the time, we weren't working with an agent and were being very cautious about who we spoke with and provided our information to. However, our first impression of Kent and Lillie was very positive and we decided to open the dialogue. They were incredibly responsive, patient, detailed, and thoughtful. They were absolutely fantastic at educating us about the home buying process (it was our first time going through it) and making sure we were aware of all options. I appreciated that beyond asking about what our needs were for the buying process, they took the time to get to know us as human beings and not just as clients. This was critical in providing a sense of security that we could trust they would have our best interest in mind. We were granted access to an online portal connected to the MLS database that provided tailored search results. Every morning, afternoon and evening, ok maybe every hour, I would check this site for new listings. The portal made it very easy to communicate with Kent and get his feedback on specific properties. Kent and Lillie have connections to an impressive amount of resources, which proved to be so helpful throughout our process. For example, we needed a locksmith, second opinion on a home inspection and financing options. Without fail, each of the references they provided were equally kind and patient with us. We literally met them on January 3rd and closed escrow by February 24. I literally could continue typing enough content describing our experience to satisfy a 10-page essay assignment. There were zero surprises and a 100% response rate. My question to you is: what are you waiting for?

My experience buying a house with Lillie as my realtor was an experience I am so thankful for. Please take a moment to read the below review, it will be well worth it. I am a strong believer in honesty and integrity and having Lillie as a realtor is a choice that will be one of the first best decisions you can make in this process. As someone who is relatively young and has zero knowledge of purchasing a home I was very nervous to make the decision to purchase. Then I met Lillie. The first time we met, she went over and beyond spending several hours to explain how this investment would be beneficial. I remember the most important part of that first meeting was how she reassured me that it was all about me and there would be no pressure from her end on forcing me into the home purchase... in her words "if we can't find what you absolutely love, then now is just not the season". Lillie was available in every step of the process for me. When I had a question, she was readily available to answer them. I had a lot of questions, a lot. At no point did I feel like I was being a nuance. She welcomed the questions and even elaborated or brought up more information that she thought that would be helpful. I can't think of a time where she didn't answer her phone or return my text. There may have literally been two times, and she returned my call within the hour. When we finally found a property, I felt so secure that she was doing due diligence on my behalf. I didn't know what to look for, what to check for, what questions to ask the seller or even how to better negotiate. This is where my trust for Lillie really grew. She took initiative to ensure that this property was safe in inspections, fair in price and most importantly something that I loved. She is my number one choice and you can't find a more honest person to help you in this big decision.

We had such a personalized experience working with Kent and Lillie. They were extremely helpful and patient with us during the whole process. This was especially important because we were learning everything for the first time and had many questions. We challenged them to help us get into our first home within a short time frame because we are expecting our second child and wanted to be moved in before she came. Not only were they able to find us the right home but they did it fast! We could not have asked for a better team to guide us through this life changing event.

Lillie was absolutely fantastic for my husband and I. We met her at an open house and even though we didn't end up getting that one, we enjoyed the process of putting in a bid with her so much we stayed with her. We were looking in her area, but also pretty far out. She stayed with us and set up a bunch of great viewings. She took a lot of care to listen to us about what we wanted and stayed in our price range. She never pushed us to a place we were uncomfortable and made us feel really secure in making our choice. We found the perfect home and couldn't be happier. She even helped us negotiate a few extras in! Lille is a very sweet and caring realtor. We are so happy she was our realtor and if we ever decide to move (we really love it here!) we will definitely be giving Lille a call!
