I took my child to the emergency room and have been waiting for nearly two hours today. My child is having a low fever and he started to have belly pain. I told the nurse in the waiting room and they just said “you still have to wait. The doctors are very busy”, while my child is standing there crying in tears. They always seem under staffed, and probably won’t take you seriously unless you are dying. We are stilling waiting while I’m typing. Visits to the ER have been unbearable. I’m going to change my insurance and provider.

Been here a handful of times. Always been treated respectfully from the second of walking in to the moment of walking out. Security, receptionist, nurses, Dr's, to even janitor, literally all staff members have been extremely nice and helpful. You may be stuck here for hours just because it's a smaller emergency than others, but it makes a huge difference when staff is nice and humble. This is my 1st choice over other kaiser emergency centers. You don't get the same treatment everywhere.

No water in emergency room. Can you believe this? Water is one of the basic things that should be taken care of by any hospital.

Such a worst experience with this emergency department don’t care about patient whether they are in pain if its emergency department they have to look after the patient right away… highly disappointed
