I am sitting at Kaiser right now. My second visit. I reached at 10:20 for my 10:30 appointment. After 25 mins of trying to find a parking I left my kid and wife in the car and came to the checkin. The counter had no sign that it is room 242, department for audiology, so I went to other counter that had tiny sign of dermatology so I came back. Only one receptionist helping patient. Then I waited about 8 mins in line and second receptionist came to check me in. She started taunting in rude manner. That it's 10:50 now you are checking in for 10:30 appointment. When I explained her the problem she said we should estimate 30 mins for Parking. She said they will take me if I wait. At 12:01 PM I just asked her if it is feasible today. Here's what she said "sir we will help all the customers who are on time first and then will take care of you". I can read their name right now but don't want to put here. I heard Kaiser horrific stories, I guess I experienced it in my second visit.
