Unfortunately, my experience at the Fremont Kaiser lab was disappointing. The visit felt less organized and less efficient than I have come to expect from Kaiser facilities. Having visited the Santa Clara Kaiser lab, I noticed a significant difference in workflow, customer service, and overall patient experience. The Santa Clara lab operates smoothly, with better organization and a more patient-friendly approach. One aspect that particularly stood out was the interaction with one of the receptionists. The communication came across as though assistance was being provided as a favor rather than as part of patient care, and some instructions were delivered in a sharp tone. A more courteous and empathetic approach would go a long way toward improving the patient experience. I hope the Fremont lab can learn from the best practices implemented at the Santa Clara location to improve efficiency, communication, and the overall experience for patients.

I have alway have a good experience having my blood drawn! They are friendly and experience, at times I have to wait( no more than 15 min) you have to pick your time!!

I’m honestly surprised by all the negative reviews—I'm so glad I didn’t read them beforehand, or I might have been too nervous to go. I’ve been to this place at least five times now, and each visit has been a positive experience. I must have been lucky to encounter such kind and empathetic receptionists—they truly set a welcoming tone right from the start. The technicians were professional and, in most cases, excellent at both finding veins and offering reassurance, even when dealing with my child who was anxious to get a blood draw for the first time. Their patience and encouragement made all the difference. Based on my repeated visits, I feel confident recommending this place.

Fremont Kaiser is literally the most laziest office I have ever been to! Santa Clara ofc is much better and prompt whenever I ask questions. The lady at the lab is always passive aggressive with all her patients. If you hate working so much may be just sit at home? Who is forcing her!

I had bad experience with Fremont kaiser. However, last Saturday I took a blood test and waiting till date i.e.wednesday(today) for the results. On calling the laboratory they say- they dont know what happened with the blood draw and asked me come back again and draw the blood. It is very frustating and disappointing!
