Great home selling experience with Josh. We were unsure of the 2024 market going in. But Josh assured us with comps and buyer activity that this Spring was the right time to sell. He had knowledge of the market that convinced us. Josh took care of all of the inspections, cleanup, and most especially - the staging. The house was put on the market looking beautiful and we ended up selling one of the highest priced houses in the neighborhood this year. Josh is an great expert with rich experience to help us buy our home. When we decide to pick our home in Fremont, there were very limited houses for sale.
