I have known Joseph for many years as he is the primary listing agent for the high end, custom, and exclusive homes in my neighborhood. He always impresses me with his knowledge of the current market conditions and drivers that are in play for each of the homes he is selling. I contacted Joseph when I became the Trustee for 3 rental homes that I needed to sell. These rental homes had been in my family for over 50 years. It was a great experience as he delivered an incredible outcome for me. Joseph is a great communicator and he set expectations up front with me. He offloaded the entire project from me and brought in his A-team to transition these rental homes into amazing starter/retirement homes. His team of contractors, painters, landscapers, and stager are amazing! They repaired and replaced amenities as needed bringing everything up to the current building codes, so each home would pass the inspections. The interior and exterior of each home was painted and beautifully landscaped. They uplifted these homes to become elegant living spaces for the future owners. When each home was finally listed, I was stunned as to how amazing each home looked. The staging was very high end with each room impeccably decorated with thoughtful finishes. Even the outdoor patios were staged. They looked amazing! All of this beauty was captured in the photos Joseph’s team created for each listing. By the time they sold, each house had over a thousand views on Zillow. What impressed me most about this experience was Joseph’s ability to manage his team to deliver on an aggressive schedule. He maximized a great return for all the work his team put into these homes. Within 3 months he had all three homes on the market and sold. Each home had 5 amazing non-contingent offers and sold in less than one week. All three homes sold way above asking (listed at competitive prices), and all closed quickly without any issues. Joe did an excellent job of selling our home in Fremont. He knew the market prices in the area, had the buyer contacts, had a great process for preparing the house for sale and best of all, had a network of reliable service providers who could immediately fix all the Section 1 items highlighted by the inspections. He was also very responsive to our requests and ensured that he could work to our schedule. He also got us a good market-appropriate sale price.
