I was very fortunate to have Jonathan and the Larose team as my representation during my divorce process. If you're looking for excellent representation, I would whole heartedly recommend using Jonathan. His partner/associate Kris was excellent too. From the beginning he jumped in to get a full grip of my case. Asked excellent questions and requested information to get a clear understanding of the specifics. He always answered my questions and concerns with clarity and patience. When some ambiguity and questionable law areas came up, he took the time to review the best "case law" approached and has resources of other highly skilled experts to get their opinions on various subjects. My X spouse at the end even said she wish she had Jonathan as her lawyer instead of me using him. In the end after a few court hearings and extended time, we came up with a workable divorce agreement. Jonathan was excellent in presentation in front of our judge too. Hiring Jonathan D. Larose and his team was the best move I made when selecting a divorce attorney. It was nice to have one firm I could trust that would stay with me through to the end; through what was a difficult, and emotionally draining divorce. I watched my now ex-husband go through multiple attorneys on his side, and in the end he had to represent himself. It was nice having the feeling that the best attorney in the room was on my side of the courtroom fighting for me and my rights. My divorce was far from amicable, I had an ex who literally fell into what I see as mid-life crisis and throughout the divorce tried to cheat the system by violating restraining orders, going against other court orders, and in the end when retirement assets were ordered to be split through a QDRO and my ex had taken all the assets out of his retirement pension and hid them in his own account, my attorney stayed with me to the end ensuring that I would get what I was entitled to have. A special acknowledgement goes out to Kristine Griffith, Esq....who took on my case under Jonathan's direction to help keep my legal costs down. Kristine Griffith was awesome...always professional, never late, listened to my emotional rants, and managed to calm me down and keep me focused on the big picture.
