John Chen is an experienced banker prior to making a permanent move to be a real estate agent. His prior banking experience help us navigate through acquisition negotiation, helped secure purchase financing and later construction loan financing as well. Specifically , in a highly competitive Menlo Park market, John’s persistency helped us landed an amazing property in the highly sought after Willow area in Menlo Park. Despite the fact that the property was in contract, the deal eventually fell through because of buyer’s unable to perform, and because of John’s constant follow up, we were right there to secure the property right away at an amazing price. If you want an agent who will listen, who will negotiate with your best interest in mind, who offer tons of after sales support in home improvement , John is the guy that you need to talk to.
