Jayanta is an experienced and fabulous realtor. I had specific needs that he was able to quickly recognize and guide my home search through. He has a tremendous fund of knowledge of neighborhoods, materials used to build the home, quality, and all aspects of remodeling and repair issues. When working with him, I felt like I was working with someone in my own family who knows real estate; it was apparent to me that he was not working for a commission but rather making sure I'll be OK in my new home. I had seen over a hundred homes on my own but hadn't bid on any. Within 3-4 months of working with him I was able to make a decision on a couple homes with the clarity I needed, and closed on the second one. There is a tremendous amount I learned from his systematic and creative thinking around home buying. He was exactly what I needed at my stage of this lengthy process.
