Janaki helped us find the perfect home in Freemont CA. She is very knowledgeable and always provided great insight. She was very familiar with the areas we were looking to buy in and had great tools that helped us narrow down our search. She provided a price analysis which helped us get our offer accepted without having to pay more than the appraisal value. She reviewed all disclosures & inspections with us and made sure we understood everything document we signed. She also provided a great lender option and helped push things through throughout closing. She ensured every party involved performed on a timely manner which allowed us to close on time.
