I want to give a huge thank you to Dr. Gwalani and the entire team at Mission Pain Treatment Center in Fremont. Dr. Gwalani is truly one of the kindest and most dedicated doctors I’ve ever met. He listens with patience, explains everything clearly, and genuinely cares about his patients’ well-being. The staff is just as amazing always welcoming, friendly, and supportive from the moment you walk in. They make you feel comfortable and cared for, even on the hard days. I’m truly grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and excellent care I receive every time I visit. I highly recommend Dr. Gwalani and his wonderful team to anyone seeking quality pain management care.

Dr Gwalani and the staff there is always amazing. They’re super helpful and nice. They make you feel comfortable. Every time I have gone in for a procedure Dr. Gwalani Comes into the room, happy and excited, making sure that I feel comfortable and that I know I am going to be taken care of. He takes every step to make sure that he can address your concerns and find a solution to your pain. Things that Have taken other doctors multiple months to figure out he has come in and immediately found the problem. I would send anyone here.

Just had a procedure on Monday April 6, 2026 by Dr Jaimish Gwalani. It went so smooth. He has amazing staff. So polite and friendly. Never had such better experience ever. The place is so good with beautiful paintings which gives you a good aura. The restroom are so clean looks like they have just installed. Very good experience. I have more sessions like 4 with Dr Jaimish Gwalani. If anyone has chronic pain issues please contact him. Any insurance is acceptable.
