I'm sharing this review for my mother. We chose Jade Pharmacy in 2025 because they mail her medication, which saves me trips to pick it up. The English and Chinese labels are helpful for patients who don't speak English. Their quick and personal delivery service really stands out. I truly appreciate the staff and how much they care about the community.

Jade Pharmacy is so quick! And their pharmacist always takes time to explain the prescriptions and how to use them properly. It’s the speed and service I have never experienced at chain pharmacies.

Great pharmacy because they are able to print the labels in Chinese for my mom to be able to understand. Very personalized service from the pharmacy staff. The pharmacist is able to consult on any item they offer for sale. Also accepts most insurance plans. If they don’t have the item, they are able to order it for me. I do enjoy that it is located near the 99 market to be able to pick-up a lunch at the same time.

My family is getting medications to Jade pharmacy. The pharmacy provides great customer service. It informs about prescriptions in a timely fashion and medical advice when reqd. Pharmacy can place orders and give good suggestions about the drug. My father never received supplements in the previous pharmacy. I didn't have any troubles at Jade pharmacy. My only suggestion: to open during weekend or stay open till 8 pm on some week days.

They just relocated to a new location. Best services here! Always reliable and friendly staff :)
