I don’t even know where to start. I came in for the 75th anniversary promotion at Jack in the Box, expecting the advertised items, including the promotional cup that comes with a chance to win prizes and a collectible pin inside. Instead, the guy at the window told me they never even received the promotional cups from the company. If that’s the case, why are you still selling the meal tied to that promotion? There were also two versions of the Jack meals for the 75th anniversary: one was the promotional version with the chance to win prizes and the collectible pin, and the other was just the regular slider meal for about $12 compared to almost $16 for the anniversary version. I ended up paying over $16 for a meal that was completely unacceptable. The food was cold across the board. The bread was so dry it was nearly hard, the fries were cold (couldn’t tell if they were sitting out or just poorly reheated), and the burger meat was dry and inedible. Even the soda tasted off. To make matters worse, there wasn’t even an updated phone number on the receipt to contact the location. This experience felt careless and poorly managed. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be returning.

So so disappointed 😡😡😡 I usually order but never happened before. I was too busy to cook today and thought 1 for home and another to take work and I ordered 2 chicken combo set one with fries and large coke and another with curly fries and redbull but I got 1 beef burger which I don’t eat beef and got 2 tacos which I didn’t even ordered curly fries and drinks was okay. I didn’t got fries . Omg I can’t believe I pay $43 for this disappointment. I will never ever order again

They deserve zero stars. Got mini loaded tacos which were thrown in a box and looks like vomit came out the other end. They have no work ethics. Seriously food was all over the place. Cheese melted on wherever it landed. See the picture it only looks this way because I tried making it look edible

We order jack in the box in uber eats, and I order chicken burger all I get is just a bun , lettuce cheese and tomato and they forgot the chicken
