Jorge was very caring, respectful, efficient, and professional. I was frustrated, upset, hungry (not a good combo) when I walked into his shop explaining him that I work every single day and couldn’t wait to many days to get my window repaired . My truck was ready within 3 hours, he is amazing. I am forever grateful.

Against my better judgement and even after reading the reviews, I bought my car to George. He is a pretend mechanic. He inaccurately diagnosed my car and gave me a flat price (parts and labor), to fix my car. 3 weeks later, he starts calling me and asking me to buy more parts. He wants to change parts that have nothing to do with the code “to be on the safe side”. He doesn’t know diagnosis. 1.5 months later, I picked up my car with absolutely zero progress. Same check engine light, and same codes. I asked for a partial refund which he refused. Please be careful when going here. This is a throw parts at it until it’s fixed kind of place with no skill or ability. The amount I spent with them, I could’ve bought a whole new engine. Definitely will be going to court 100%.

During a stressful situation JB complete made it easy to navigate. I had my moon roof to my Lexus shattered but as soon as I called them they worked quickly to come get my car and get the ball rolling. They walked me thought the whole process and what to expect. Not only did they restore my car they also gave my car a much needed detail clean. Super amazing staff that understand how stressful it can be when dealing with vandalism on your vehicle. Highly recommend!

Reliable and seamless repair and great customer service! I went to them for repairs after an accident, it was great to recieve such great customer service after such a stressful experience. The communication was great, the work was also great and done in a timely manner. I highly recommend them!

On 6/3, we took our car to this shop for simple service: an oil change, a power steering fluid flush and brakes. Hours after picking the car up, our $9k BMW burst into flames in front of our home while my husband was inside of it, threatening both life and property. Luckily, my husband was able to get out of the car before the flames grew bigger...and oh, did they grow bigger! The fire department was called and had to saw the hood of the car off to get to the heart of the fire while the entire neighborhood watched in terror. It was a horrifying experience to say the least and we are very lucky that no one was hurt and property was not damaged. When we went to the shop the next day to confront Jorge about the incident, he said his work could not have caused this - we know that it absolutely CAN and DID as we had the car inspected by another mechanic and it was determined that the cause was due to negligent work by the shop. He said he has no money and NO INSURANCE and basically told us to sue him, which we have every intention of doing. He never even apologized or expressed any compassion for the fact that our family's lives were at risk. I have dramatic video recordings of the fire and the conversation that took place with Jorge, during which he was callous, cold and admitted to operating without insurance. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP UNLESS YOU WANT TO POSSIBLY DIE AFTER YOUR SERVICE! They have NO insurance, NO compassion and will screw you over!! We look forward to seeing the owner of the shop in court!
