Joe is a good and honest individual . He is very upfront with you and tell you all the good and bad about your house. I made my biggest mistake and went with another realtor to sell my house in Fremont and was calling Joe for advise. He was answering all my calls and talked to me even he is not my Agent and there is nothing for him . If you want someone to help you , go with him.
