Turnaround time is ok. Usually takes about a week for me to hear back from them. I do not recommend this place for alterations, as I requested a simple hem and what I received was a crooked mess. On multiple occasions I have found that the safety pins they use to secure the paper tag have ripped small holes in my garments, especially if nylon or thin polyester. Why pierce a fabric that is thin if not necessary?

Very happy with their press service! 1-day turnaround and they did a great job taking out most of the wrinkles from my dress under super short notice :)

Not even in Mexico are there dry cleaners as third-world as this one. I can’t believe how awful it is! Bad service, bad everything. First, I took in 2 jackets, and when I came to pick them up, they only gave me 1 because the other was supposedly “taken by someone else by mistake.” They told me to call them daily to see if it showed up, when it should have been their responsibility to do so. Second, I stopped by to check if it had turned up, and they said they found one similar to mine but in beige (mine was white, so draw your own conclusions). Third, I requested a refund, and they said they’d give me my money back only if I deleted my complaint on Google. I agreed, and then: Fourth, when I went to pick up the check, they told me it wasn’t ready and to come back later. Fifth, I went back for the check, and they gave me an amount lower than what was agreed upon. Since they didn’t honor their end of the deal, I don’t see why I should waive my right to freedom of expression. Hence, my complaint here. If you want your clothes burned, stained, lost, and to be laughed at in your face, this is the perfect place for you.

I dropped off a few dress shirts and two dresses to get dry cleaned and they managed to get out all the stains. They do alterations too, so I had gotten one dress altered. Before giving it to them I tried the dress on and did specify that the dress was longer in the back(had a little train) and I wanted to keep it longer in the back and not cut the train off and just shorten the dress so that it wouldn’t drag on the ground so much. They stated they undersold and would keep the shape/cut of the dress the same. Unfortunately, when I picked up the dress the train was completely cut off and the dress was all one length. I did ask them to see if they had the fabric remaining so I could take it elsewhere to have them reattach the train but they stated the person who would know was not there that day and they would call me. They did not call me and unfortunately the dress was expensive and I am not able to fix their mistake as too much fabric was removed. Overall, the dry cleaning experience was very good but the alterations were not done correctly and ruined my formal dress. The mistakes were also not addressed and no one reached out to me after stating they would.
