This was my first time going to their new location here in Fremont and boy was I amazed. Beautiful welcoming reception area, very nice and calm, clean esthetics. Also, seems like they have over the top high tech equipments here! **Note: just put some tissue boxes and masks there on the coffee table! please! Also, now thats its upgraded, do keep a coffee maker machine for the patients who wait there for a long hours!

I am writing to formally document and report a distressing breach of professionalism and patient privacy that occurred during my breast ultrasound at your Fremont facility. Following the ultrasound, the technician opened the door to leave the room while my breasts were still completely exposed. As she stepped out, she turned back to look at me through the wide-open door, leaving me visible to the hallway while still uncovered. This left me feeling incredibly vulnerable, exposed, and uncomfortable. Maintaining basic patient modesty and privacy is a fundamental standard of medical care, and having the door opened and a technician look back while a patient is exposed is entirely unacceptable. I expect patient dignity to be protected at your clinic. I am requesting that this incident be investigated and addressed with the staff members involved to ensure no other patient experiences this type of treatment.

Very good service. Very good staff. Talking very nicely. Very good. All staff I recommend and all good working. I wish good health and live long to all staff. This staff is very hard working. I have been coming here 13-14 years. Never a complaint. Always good. I give 5 stars. Always good.

I went for my first mammogram and x ray for my shoulder pain. I have heard my friends say about the pain and inconvenience during Mammogram. I avoided for 3 yrs and finally I have to go. I was worried and was so nervous. Catherine did my mammogram. Surprisingly, I didn’t feel anything. It was quick. I just followed when she told me to breathe , hold. Stayed wherever she positioned me. I Literally didn’t feel anything. It was so easy and pain free. I highly recommend in view imaging.

The gentleman that took the ct scan was very calming. I was really nervous and he made me feel more comfortable
