Kathleen Craig provided professional service every step of the way in the sale of our home. Her suggestions on what would be needed to get top dollar for the house were proven to be "right on"! Color suggestions for the exterior paint and trim, color of the fireplace, landscape ideas, staging-- all were "spot on"! She was always available when we had questions and very prompt with returning messages and emails. A TRUE professional and friendly and sincere. Goes out of her way to make sure things are 100%!! Where do I start? I decided to bring on my dad's realtor to help me find a home to purchase as my primary and convert my current home into a rental. I landed on a new construction that I really liked and with Kathleen's help, we got things going. I secured lending approval from the builder's in-house lender and things were looking great. Months have passed as construction of the new condo was on track to complete last fall. As we were approaching the final stretch, the lender discovered an error they made early on that would no longer qualify me for the loan. As expected, I was in shock and went into panic mode. To my relief came Kathleen who helped me secure another lender. By the time I locked a new rate, rates had risen which equated to a higher interest rate and therefore money out of my pocket that I wouldn't have otberwise paid had the previous lender not made this error. Kathleen went above and beyond her expected role as a realtor to fight the builder for obtaining the funds we requested to make me whole. It was a battle that I was doubting we'll win but Kathleen's perseverance, persistence, and patience made it possible for me to buy my home. It's very rare to find a realtor with Kathleen's experience who builds a genuine relationship with her clients. She turned a negative experience for me into a positive one and for that, I will forever be grateful to her. If you're looking for a realtor who isn't pushy and makes it clear her priority is her clients, I would highly recommend Kathleen.
