New examiners should be trained to understand that the job isn't complete until it leaves the examiners hands via Courier that day to the correct lab. Examiner should always put the specimens (all) into the refrigerator / small cooler with ice packs inside and spin asap. If collection in evening on Saturday, spin and keep in refrigerator until sending with Courier. The FedEx # and Barcode must be on the Work Order - A MUST! before sending to the exam/billing company. Examiner error is representing the exam company/or your own company; in turn - less jobs. Like any other company, there are personnel (examiners in this situation) that just doesn't care and are sloppy! These examiners get weeded out just like in any other industry. IMS is always available out of all the exam companies I have worked with. They are very pleasant and they always try to satisfy the customer. Schedules can change but is approved by the applicant/customer. I give IMS thumbs-up!

really bad exam company. the examiner finished blood text on 7/3. but she submitted the blood and urine to lab company 8/22. then the insurance company told me the client's labs from 7/3/16 were unable to be tested. The urine was fine, but the client's blood sample was severely hemolyzed and unable to be tested by our labs. We will therefore need to have insured complete a repeat blood test ONLY. so my client need to do blood test again!!!! worst company ever.

So sorry to say, my most recent experiences have been awful. Cancelled appointments, no shows and bad attitudes during the exam. I have almost lost friends over these experiences. I hope they can get there act together.

Their examiners, they don't know what the appointments are.. Most of time When I order blood tests, they arrived late at the clients location.. and no phone call to my clients.. I can't believe it..!!

I ordered 4 cases and this company changed all schedules.. and 2 clients put off 3 times a month because of the examiner couldnt be on time.. it is unbelievable.. don't order from this Company.
