I purchased a Homelegance furniture set (Woodrow Brownish Grey Queen storage bed, chest and nightstand) through Coleman Furniture. The bed arrived broken and could not be put together. The quality of the furniture is AWFUL. The drawer listed as 12.75# deep on the chest only pull out 7 inches and when you reach in to try and access the rest of the drawer the wood cuts your hand. Coleman Furniture says manufacturer (ie Homelegance) isn't getting back to them. Coleman is trying to charge me 15% restocking fee (for broken and damaged furniture) PLUS $698 shipping. DO NOT BUY. Quality is the WORST ever!!!!

Lately, I bought a new house & looking for a furniture store to buy the dining set. I searched online & went to a different store to check out and got myself a dining set from Homelegance. I like the designs & the wood quality! My parents also love the services here which are delivery with no charge. Especially, hauling away my old dining set free. The set sold at a reasonable price & with good customer service! I’m satisfied while shopping at Homelegance

I purchased a sofa and love seat 2 years ago and the reclining element broke. I called the store and the one in Fremont they both were of no help. I will never purchase any of Home elegance furniture ever again! This type of furniture should last longer than w year and half.!

Robert was extremely rude. I was simply asking for a supervisor. He laughed and said he is the supervisor. He then proceeded to hang up on me. Every time I tried to call he answered and hung up. Absolutely terrible customer service. All bc they messed up an order. Robert needs an evaluation.

I am completely unhappy with the Guthrie sectional I purchased for my living room. The feathers poke thru and are very uncomfortable. The willows go flat and are too heavy to keep fluffing up. I also purchased the Lakesdide dining set and my table is showing signs of water damage. The top of the table is made of particle board that wasn't sealed to prevent water damage. I spent $3000 and I will consider purchasing for my new home when they fix these issues.
