He was very patient and informative throughout the process from touring multiple homes, going through our requirements and helping us understand the details of each of the house we toured. We had the pleasure of working with Himmat after he was recommended to us by a family friend. After having a quick introductory meeting with him to review our needs and specifications, we toured multiple open houses. He gave us a good overview of each home, its pros and cons. He even showed us the diff between condos and SFHs so we can get a clear idea. We were able to narrow down on a house within 2 months of open house visits and he reviewed all the disclosures with us in detail. He even gave us his insights on the property, area, schools around, potential pitfalls and also how much renovations might cost. This helped us close on a home within our budget while also having an inspection contingency and plan the down payment and closing costs effectively. He helped us by offering options on lenders and insurance firms to help us close on the loan quickly. Since Himmat is also a contractor, we instinctively hired him to do some light remodelling which we were happy with. Since he's super busy he's a little hard to get hold of but his wife Aman made that process seamless for us by answering all our questions when he couldn't get back on time! She helped schedule inspections/appointments and made sure we were on top of our checklists and tasks before the deadline. Overall our experience was a good one and we would definitely recommend him to people who are looking to start their first time home-ownership journey. :)

Himmat is an outstanding realtor. He has been very responsive from the first day we talked. He knew all the neighborhoods where we saw homes, he knew the layouts, the schools, everything you want to know before buying a house. He was always available to talk, to have appointments and even for open houses. It took us 2 months to find our home and he helped us understand the pros and cons of every home. What upgrades may be needed and what should be avoided. He helped us understand the process and what should be the bid (and he was always right). Kudos to Himmat and his team.
