We checked the hotel prices on the booking app and saw that the room was listed for about half the price we were quoted at the front desk. When we mentioned this to the receptionist, we were asked to wait. After some time, we were told to book through the app instead. However, when I went back into the app, it suddenly showed that all rooms were sold out. It appeared that the receptionist had blocked the rooms in the system and was not being honest with us. In addition, the receptionist’s attitude was very unprofessional. The way he spoke felt sarcastic and disrespectful. He kept smiling in a way that made it seem like he was making fun of us rather than trying to help. Even though we ended up paying nearly twice the price, we were given a strange ground-floor room and were told that no other rooms were available. The room was far below the standard expected for the price paid. There was not even a complimentary bottle of water, the curtains did not close properly, and people outside could see into the room. Considering both the staff behavior and the quality of the room compared to the price, I would rate this experience 0 out of 5 stars. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

I had an outstanding stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Fremont Milpitas! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. One of the highlights of my stay was the restaurant — the steak they served was absolutely delicious. It was perfectly cooked, flavorful, and honestly one of the best hotel meals I’ve had. The dining experience truly exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Smell free, clean hallways and rooms. Great breakfast quality food. I wish more hotels were this quality oriented and not charge your first born

It is very clean and the staff work hard to make the rooms spotless. It is in a very convenient place, having a nice view of the hills and town. The breakfast is also very delicious. I enjoyed every minute spent here.

It's an average hotel, but the front desk is welcoming. Breakfast is 20 dollars a plate, and they do not let you take your plate back to your room if you did not finish. Hyatt gives free breakfast and doesn't follow you to the elevator to stop you from bringing the plate up to your room. Ridiculous. The only reason I didn't rate it lower is because of the kind people at the front desk.
