Beware! Do not buy a vehicle from this person. He is no good and will lie to you and rip you off bought a vehicle and told me it was smoged three times guess what it's not smoged, does not answer phone calls anymore legal action are being taken and I will get my money back 3/11/26

Bought 2 cars from Richard. The first was a 2005 Lexus ES300 and the second was a 2009 Lexus ES350. Never had any problems with the vehicles he sold me and he has always been straight forward with me. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another vehicle from him. The terms of the loan were aligned with what I was willing to pay and for how long so the process was seamless.

I bought a 2011 bmw 328i xdrive from richard about a month ago. Notice when on the freeway it had a little vibration in the front. Took it in to have it looked at. Les Schwab told me that all 4 tires were bad, infact 2 of them the steel was showing thru the tire. He asked me how many miles on it i said 62000. Thats a lot wear on theses tires for only having 62000. So i said give me 4 new ones. One problem no tire lock key to get the tires off. Call richard and told him wow you seemed so trustworthy.So now i have to buy a tire lock key and new tires. Way to go Richard you hooked another one.

I was flying in from San Diego to get a smartcar and he worked with me every step of the way! Honestly this isnt a big dealership at all but you get that personal feel that you want. He treats you like a person not a number or walking commission check. Really great guy! Higear motors is amazing I definitely recommend!
