The good: Dude agreed to let us take the car for a PPI, green flag. Dude agreed to take our used car as a trade in, even with the mechanical issues it had. Great. Free carfax report and a 7 day warranty came with the vehicle. Super. The bad: I had to drive an hour and a half to come teat drive the car (blue toyota matrix) to find out the clutch grinds when you shift into third gear. Other gears, no grindy. "Hey man, this thing grinds when you shift into third." "Oh, yeah, just a little." .... aaaaand, No.

This dealer sold me a well taken care of 2007 Toyota 4Runner with 4 brand new Michellin tires on it. The dealer was willing to lower the asking price for the car and save me money on the taxes too. I have had the car for a year and a half now with no major issues, and this dealer was way easier to work with than the other dealers I was talking to before settling on a car to buy.

I bought 2011 sienna, I was looking for something my wife is comfortable driving. Richard let us drive the car for more then 30 min until we were comfortable with the van . Very positive person and will go there again to buy future cars .

I strongly don’t recommend buying a car from this place. I was driving home from the dealership and the check engine light came on the first day I brought it home from the dealership. Well, I found out that I was sold a car with a bad catalytic converter, smh; Richard told me it was an 02 sensor issue, but it wasn’t. What a scam.

Good customer service. Quick to answer the phone and meet at the location. The car was as clean as the pictures showed. The paperwork was easy. I forgot my license there and Andrew was kind enough to delivered it to me.
