You make an appointment with email confirmation, and when you arrive on the scheduled day, they tell you there's no availability even though the entire lot of cars are parked, and the employees laugh in your face as if you were a clown. There should be more respect for customers, not people like this working in customer service.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had with Hertz. I booked my car rental weeks in advance, showed up on time for my appointment just to find out that they had zero cars in their lot. How that happens, I have no clue. After waiting about 40 mins, I ended up canceling my rental and driving to Enterprise to rent a car since I was on a tight timeline and needed to leave immediately. The only good thing I can say about this experience is that the people who actually work in the office were nice about it all. But definitely will rethink any future bookings with Hertz.

The staff here is very helpful and kind. They probably deal with a lot of people who have poor attitudes but they have always been kind and helpful in my experience.

April 17 at 2:20 PM My friend and I came to rent a car for Uber. A man with a long beard treated us very disrespectfully. Such people will cause dissatisfaction of many customers in the future

I went for pick up a rental car that I reserved from uber app and I meet a young man with a long beard, he was really disrespectful and rude because of that guy I cancelled my reservation.04/17/25 2:20pm
