We had a wonderful experience; the doctor is incredibly caring and professional. He truly listens to every question with patience and ensures they are all answered before we leave. I love that he shares examples of his own kids, which makes his advice feel so much more relatable and practical. The facility is always spotlessly clean, creating a safe environment for the little ones. I highly recommend this doctor to any parent!

Dr. Henry Sanchez is a pleasure to work with. He is super caring, gentle, and really cares about his small patients. He was recommended by another doctor who had a similar demeanor so I knew I could trust his recommendations and judgements after the first visit when I see how meticulous he was in his work with my son. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new Pediatric Doctor to take care of their own children.

Dr. Henry Sanchez is exactly the pediatrician every parent hopes to find. He cares for both of our kids, takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and his calm, knowledgeable approach always puts our family at ease. We’ve also been very pleased with the referrals he’s made—they’ve all been thoughtful, timely, and a great fit for our kids’ needs. Beyond Dr. Sanchez, the Palo Alto Medical Center team has been wonderful—friendly, organized, and efficient. We also really appreciate the Sutter Care system: the online app, secure messaging, and pre-visit questionnaires make scheduling, check-ins, and follow-ups simple and stress-free. We feel fortunate to have this level of care in our community.

We have been visiting doctor Sanchez for 4 years and it's always great experience, my 4 year kid is so comfortable with him that he don't feel like visiting doctor and he always love to see him. He is one of the best doctor we have ever come across, huge respect to you sir!!
