The staff were very nice, helpful, and professional. Keona & Sheyla made the waxing situation comfortable. The only downside is that during online check in, the site asks for your personal details - which are totally unnecessary. The room is a bit too small. But it was clean. Would definitely recommend this place.

I cannot say enough good things about Keona at Hello Sugar! From the moment I walked in, she was so warm and welcoming that I instantly felt comfortable. She waxed my brows, chin, and lip and did an absolutely AMAZING job. Keona is incredibly gentle and skilled — I was honestly shocked at how little it hurt! She took her time, paid attention to detail, and made sure everything looked perfect. My brows look fantastic and my skin feels so smooth. If you’re even thinking about booking, do it and ask for Keona! She’s professional, kind, and clearly great at what she does. This was easily one of the best waxing experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely be coming back to see her!

Sheyla was absolutely wonderful and professional. Im a first time customer, ner to the whole experience and Sheylas explained the whole experience and made me feel so comfortable.
