Dr. Hashimoto treated my elderly father. He was kind and patient, explaining the procedure in great detail and taking time to answer all of my father's questions. Dr. Hashimoto made sure that my father was comfortable throughout the procedure, which was completed in a timely, professional manner. I would highly recommend Dr. Hashimoto to anyone looking for a family dentist.

Imagine reading countless positive reviews for a dentist and reaching out with optimism, only to have your call returned by a woman who quickly made you write this review. I wish I would have gotten a name of the person who called me this morning 11/19 @ 940 am. I hope the time stamp allows Dr. Hashimoto the opportunity to narrow down who lost him a patient. My fiance has been struggling with some health issues and we have been trying to stay ahead of everything. I always call to schedule his appointments. After all, its not illegal. It took me a second to remember which doctor was calling me as we are in the middle of also preparing for surgeries from a car accident. She clarified who she was and then said and I quote, " your fiance isn't available? He is an adult." I was floored. No my fiance wasn't available, and even if he was, you could have asked without the disrespect. You never know what someone is dealing with. In my entire life I've never had someone treat me like that. Dr Hashimoto, do yourself a favor and offer some compassion training for the person you have answering phones. Ill make sure to post a review on every platform I can. I hope she has the day she so desperately deserves.

The most unprofessional admin in my entire experience in any doctor’s office ever. The from desk admin is rude, unprofessional who needs to learn some basic customer service skills. Their accountant, the same. It is unfortunate because Dr. Hoshmoto is a good dentist. However, due the unprofessionalism of the admin, myself and my family are going to one of another thousands dentist in a bay area who has a better admin team. I absolutely don’t recommend dealing with their admin, Worst customer service ever .

If you look up due diligence you might see a picture of Dr Scott and his staff. I recently started coming to this dentist and almost immediately I was able to tell that their approach is extremely different from most dentists. With Dr Scott I felt that his priority was making sure that I was healthy, that my teeth were healthy, and teaching me preventative measures to ensure they stayed healthy so I could avoid unnecessary visits. Unlike most dentists he wasn’t looking to make the most $ off of me. I will be coming back to this dentist for a long long time. Thank you Dr Scott and staff for keeping me and the community healthy!
