Ridiculous Restocking Fees and Terrible Management (Taline) I am beyond disappointed with my recent experience at this Harbor Freight location. I attempted to return a completely unopened and unused concrete drill bit set within 14 days of purchase—well within any reasonable return window—only to be hit with a 20% restocking fee. Charging a restocking fee on a sealed, brand-new item that requires minimum effort to put back on the shelf is nothing short of a predatory cash grab. This is especially insulting considering I have spent thousands of dollars at Harbor Freight over the years. You would think a loyal, high-spending customer would be treated with a bit of professional courtesy, but apparently, loyalty means nothing here. To make matters worse, I spoke with the store supervisor, Taline, who was incredibly rude and dismissive. She clearly has no concept of basic customer service or what it takes to ensure customer satisfaction. It is genuinely baffling how someone with such a lack of professional temperament and helpfulness reached a supervisory position. If you value your money and expect to be treated with a modicum of respect, take your business elsewhere. I won’t be coming back to a store that penalizes its best customers for simple returns and employs management that treats people this poorly. Avoid this location at all costs.

Rather tight maneuvering a 75ft tractor trailer into this place but it's doable. Nice staff. Unloaded quickly and got me on my way.

After my third visit I'm loving this store more and more. Stopped to buy a airless sprayer today, cashier, possible the store manager went out of his way to accommodate us. Harbor freight has some of the best customer service I've seen. Was highly suspicious of the quality of the products given their pricing but so far so good.
