These people are the worst! It took me six months to get boot, kept telling me some BS about this & that! The rear issue was that the person in the office did not do the billing correctly so they kept arguing with my health insurance about getting paid between the doctors office them and me and the insurance company but I ended up with a boot that was horrible. it actually changed my foot to the worst hanger clinic has always been a good choice for me. I’ve never had any problems until these people.

Nice experience with Hanger clinic in Fremont. especially “Jon” is really professional and provided great information about baby cosmetics. Highly recommended.

My initial call to the Hanger Clinic was answered by a LIVE person (wonder of wonders). She was friendly and very helpful. My appointment was scheduled around my difficult schedule, and within a reasonable amount of time. When I arrived for my appointment, my prescription had not been received as my doctor's office had not sent it to the right place. Once that got resolved, I was seen right away by Adrian, the prosthetist. He was professional, kind, and thorough. I am very happy with my brace and couldn't have been happier with the treatment I received from Hanger. I highly recommend them.

I had an appointment at 2.30PM and I was running 15 behind. I called them to let them know that as courtesy. The person on the phone said I would be fine if I came in before 2.50PM. In all fairness, I would've been fine at that point, if they had said I would have to reschedule. I would've gone back home obviously understanding and accepting my fault. What drives me to the 1 star review is the fact that, she made me go all the way, I was there by 2.50PM and she told me I would have to reschedule. I asked her, she said it would be ok on the phone to arrive before 2.50PM, she said unfortunately, we can't do it and had no explanation on why she contradicted her phone-self!! Not going back here!

Bad experience before I even get an appointment. The receptionist is very rude. She was not trying to understand my perspective and told me "I don't understand what you are saying" at least 3 times in a row. I called at the end of Sep and she told me there is no appointment available till end of Nov and asked me to try another location or another company, which truly confused me. So I asked her do you do similar things compared to the other company? And she said I don't know how to answer your question... But why refer me to another place when you don't know what they do? Also, I called the other location and the first thing they told me first I need a prescription/referral from your main doctor. That should have been the first thing she told me instead of no appointment time till 2 months from today.
