Terrible service. My shipment was very light, but the staff refused to accept it and made me wait all night. Complete inaction and unwillingness to work. Extremely disappointed, would not recommend.

This place is literally terrible for unloading. They're lazy and don't like to work. It's a disgrace to Google. It took 7 hours to unload one pallet. They go to lunch at 10:30 AM.

Picked up a load here. Rude staff, they make you give up your truck key and you can either sit in your truck with no ac or sit inside their building inside this small cage area during loading. You don't get to treat drivers like this without getting called out. Will never pick up here again.

Delivery man said he will not deliver to people who has dogs in the household.!! So when I bought the washer through the Costco..it took them almost 10 days to get the delivery set up.. of course I waited.. they finally got here but he refuse to bring the washer into my house because I have my family dogs. ( they were out side at the back yard. That time.) Now they left the washer in front of my garage...some body need to come and install and take back my old washer...that was what I bought with instruction. ..what the hell!! The company is standing for against the dogs for family...

This is the most terrible place for loading, they put a pickup at 8.00 loads at 12-1, be ready to stand, the staff normally can't even answer why
