Kelly has been cutting my hair for years, and I keep coming back because she’s great at what she does. She delivers better quality haircuts than most barbershops. She’s always professional, listens carefully to what I want, and consistently delivers exactly the cut (and style) She takes her time to make sure everything looks right before I leave the chair. Not the greatest haircuts I have gotten after showing a picture of what I wanted. It was a simple medium fade on the sides and a short hair on the front but didn't end up well for me.

I visited this barbershop today and Kelly did an excellent job. She was very professional and made sure my haircut was exactly how I wanted it. I’m really happy with the result. Highly recommend!

This service was completely unacceptable. Kelly handled the online queue in a way that was confusing and unorganized, failing to check in customers who arrived in person. When I inquired about the process, she dismissively stated that each Great Clips location has its own procedures. Despite informing her that I had visited this specific Great Clips before, she deliberately ignored my comment and shifted her attention to another customer, demonstrating a lack of professionalism and attentiveness. Here is photo showing I went in person and she didn't check me in. To someone looking at the wait queue it sends wrong message.
