I can’t speak to the service, but my interaction with the staff was unprofessional and unacceptable when i couldn’t make it due to a last-minute emergency. I called in to check the availability and something came up at the last minute so I couldn’t make it, just then they called me and I apologized for not being able to make it, but the guy started verbally abusing me right away, as if I should have anticipated an emergency and as if i had signed a contract with him. You should know that anyone can have an emergency and that’s not how you talk to people let alone customers. Under normal circumstances, I would have gone the next day, but after this interaction, I won’t be using their services ever.

Great experience that I had at this location usually other places charge $15 but this place gave me a very great deal and completed at a very fast timing. It is located right across Bart stations was very convenient for me since I do not drive. Very knowledgeable of the notary process and give me a lot of information that I did not know the timing is also very great from 11 to 7 Monday through Saturday and Sunday they do appointment.

Wade is very knowledgeable of the notary guidelines and is the cheapest and most professional in town. Explained very clearly the instructions and gave me a piece of mind! Only $5 with my offer and got done in only 10 minutes.

Notary fee is $15 per signature, the website content is misleading. You can get $5 off if you give a 5 star review here, that’s why all the 5 star reviews. Edit: thank you for your discriminative comment about i ‘don’t know how to read’. Your unprofessionalism is well reflected in the words despite of your statements.
