I started filing with them 2 years before and that was the best decision. You will have a personal CPA who listens and provide customized Tax solutions in helping you save money. Sujeeth & his team are extremely knowledgeable in the area and goes out if their way to help you. He taught me a lot about taxation which I was missing filing online. And they are priced very competitively compared to other places. I would highly encourage anyone to file your next tax return with them to see the experience!

In my 10 years of tax filing history, I consulted mytaxfiler Fremont for the first time. After a month of filing my taxes with them, I received a balance inquiry from CA State tax which showed I owed $100 and there was a mistake in my state tax filing (never happened when I was doing on my own). I contacted mytaxfiler who then inquired with CA State dept and advised me to wait past the deadline till I receive the response. I repeatedly asked them whether it was safe to wait to avoid penalties but kept insisting to wait. The response came with penalty for waiting past deadline and I ended up paying $106 by mere incompetence of mytaxfiler. First, they made mistake in filing, second - they did not apologize for inconvenience and third - when I informed them about the penalty - I never received any reply from any associates. A highly incompetent, unprofessional and unreliable tax filing services at Fremont.
