I have sent over 10 packages to China with this company. The shipping usually takes 15 to 25 days, and no parcel has lost so far. Their shipment could be delayed a couple of weeks around Lunar New Year Day. The fee is about 40% higher than some other Chinese shipping company in Bay Area, 20% higher than its branch in LA. Don’t expect their service as good as the one at DHL or FedEx.
