What started out as a good experience where we were able to find a competitive rate for our insurance spiralled into being totally ghosted by Cristina when it came time for renewal and our rates were jacked up. And one can understand that life happens but no response via email, phone or their AI assistant follow up request was absolutely terrible. And by the way, during all of this, we actually had recommended her to our friends who bought a home and they did receive a response from her. So all in all, if you are a new customer, they probably make more than for renewal. And thus, this experience which included being completely ghosted has put me off from ever doing business with or recommending Gleetopia

I don't usually write reviews, but the service I got from Cristina at Gleetopia was impressive and consistent. Earlier this year, when my insurance was due for renewal, I searched around and found Gleetopia's online reviews to be pretty good. I contacted them and Christina helped me from shopping around to finalizing the policy. Then recently, I asked her to add my daughter to our auto policy. She again showed her professionalism. Not only did she fulfill my request within a day, but she went further and gave us some insightful advice. They were all very, very helpful. I feel lucky to have her as our insurance agent.

I am really satisfied with this insurance company. I have bundled my home and auto insurance with Gleetopia. Cristina helped me with my insurance policy. I really like that she is a phone call away. Cristina is very knowledgeable and friendly. She is also very honest and always wants to save me money. This is the second time that she has saved me at least 1,000 for my auto insurance. She compares all competitors and she goes through the coverage with me. She breaks down what I'm paying for and answers any questions I have. I am very thankful for Gleetopia! I highly recommend this insurance company to all of my family and friends. If you want to truly understand your insurance coverage and policy, you should go with Gleetopia!

I have been with Gleetopia Insurance for almost 6 months now and have to say it’s been the most stress free, helpful agency I’ve ever experienced. Cristina is my agent and is ALWAYS there to help me in a timely matter. A lot can happen on the road and even through stressful circumstances I was always assured that I would be taken care of. I was looking to buy a new car for a while now and in preparation I had called several insurance companies myself and received quotes around $250-280 a month. I thought that this was probably the best it was going to get since the car I wanted was a luxury 2021 vehicle. The day I got my vehicle, my close friend recommended Gleetopia insurance services. I was like, “Why not?” It wouldn’t hurt to try and so I reached out to Gleetopia Insurance and spoke with Cristina! She was kind, direct, and timely in her responses! She was amazing and got me a quote of around $160 a month which was incredible. I do not regret my decision reaching out to Gleetopia and I promise you won’t regret it either. I am literally saved hundreds of dollars a year. I can now drive my brand-new car and rest easy knowing I have great coverage and easy access to Christina if I had any questions or concerns.
