We worked with Gilles to close our first home purchase. The experience was very smooth overall with Gilles always ready to show us any home that we liked and we did see a lot of houses. He is very knowledgeable in his trade and helped us make a good decision by giving us valuable pointers to think upon when viewing any property. Not only does he help in closing the deal, but also keeps communication on after the deal is done, helping with contractor needs and also answering any questions about home ownership and miscellaneous stuff, which is great for first time home buyers.

I am a first time home buyer, and I would say my experience of going through this painful process was pacified a lot by this duo. tldr; Excellent job. Giles And Jessica helped us at every step of the process from looking at properties, making bids, dealing with rejections and finally offer acceptance. Their main motto was our happiness. And that is what we loved the most. They go over and beyond to make sure that we should be happy living in our home. Generally, the agents don't deal with lending part but they definitely helped in whatever way they could in my lending process too. They were super tactful in handling negotiations with seller agent. They give suggestions for each property which are true pearls of gems from their experience that has saved me, as a first time home-buyer, from taking disastrous decision multiple times. For eg, in one of the property that we visited, the washer dryer was in the kitchen, we didn't even notice that, but Giles noticed and told us that the smell of laundry is irritating in the kitchen. We were like, yeah, that will be irritating. They are super responsive. I remember calling Gilles in middle of his bike ride and off-hours and he always responds with a genuine smile and wonderful sense of humor. Overall a very supportive and positive experience. I would like to sum up by saying that we definitely built a homely relation during this process and would love to keep it for the future.

Pleasant & easy transaction with Gilles & Jessica Kesler. They are both very professional, and very detail oriented, which I like. Always available if any questions or problems arise, and they work well with both buyers & sellers. Gilles has many years of experience, has a very good knowledge of the local area & has great negotiation skills, so you can rest assured you are in very good hands. I highly recommend both of them for all your real estate needs!
