I heard about Ghar Befikar from one of my friends who has been using their services for a while and soon after signing up I realized that’s the kind of services I needed to manage my rental flat in Pune. Ghar Befikar finds tenant, gets agreement papers signed, collects rents, takes care of maintenance requirements and addresses any concerns from tenants or society pertaining to the flat very effectively. They have a very good network of right people in Pune to get any maintenance and logistic work done efficiently. I have a flat in Pune and I was using Nestaway for managing my properties. It was a horrible experience for us. No one was there for any sort of communications and they violate our agreement by giving our flats to the people who were not approved by us. We have also struggled with the on time rents and deposits. They were never able to maintain the flat well and even handed over my flat in a very dirty conditions. Residing away so far I always needed a reliable and trustworthy company who can treat my home as their home and keep the transparency on their management process. Thank God I found “Ghar Befikar”. Communication was always the key for me and when I found that I can coordinate with “Majiri” who sees the management from USA with the great mutual coordination with her counterpart “Aparna” from Pune, I got interested. When I talked to ‘Manjiri” she explained me the whole process on how their team is going to manage the property. She also insistent to talk to her few clients who are already using her services. That helped me as well because I wanted to be 100% sure this time. It’s been a year now and I must say they are the best in class. They know what NRI clients are exactly looking for and they do the best for helping them with their excellent solutions and ease. They helped taking over my flat, suggested minor enhancements which could help for better advertising, helped with the tenants and their background checks, helped me with modularizing the kitchen by customizing it according to our preferences, helped with the repairs. They also do periodic inspections to make sure the flat is in good condition and attend to the tenants complaints or requirements. They always made sure that I get my rent check within 1st 5 days of the month. Manjiri is so understanding and helpful that she even arranged the government registration process to be completed from the comfort of my home so as to avoid long travels. They are understanding, caring for both “tenants” and “owners”, professional and most importantly with their communication and transparency they do it with a great efficiency. I would say they know the pulse of this engagement. Try them guys and rest assured there won’t be any turn back for you. Trust me, worth it. Excellent support from a very dedicated and knowledgeable staff who help you at all levels of property renting process. Starting from tenant screening, lease documentation to periodic visits to keep tab on how property is being maintained, gives owners freedom from worries, stress and time investments and leave the responsibility to the Ghabefikar team!
