My experience with Dr. Geronimo has been great since I came to live in Fremont, some fifteen years ago. She takes Delta Dental, which is my only option with Kaiser, and has worked collaboratively to keep my teeth in business. She listens well, and is sensitive to my issues. I have had a fair number of dentists over the past sixty-odd years, and Geronimo knows what she’s doing. Good work, responsive in emergencies, and fair pricing. Anyone beyond a certain age wants their doctors to treat them as an adult;; Geronimo does that.

This review is on behalf of my parents. If we could give her a zero star review, we would. Extreme lack of professionalism. My mother needed a filling and told her the cost would be $1000 or so out of pocket. Dr. Geronimo also told her to call the insurance herself to see what coverage would be like. Is that the patient’s job? She also told my mom “thats why no one accepts your insurance Delta Care.” We won’t be back as she doesn’t deserve our business and didn’t treat my parents with respect.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Geronimo for years. She’s very pleasant, professional and straight forward. We love her as our family dentist. Highly recommended!

I have a phobia of the dentist so patient care is my top concern. The doctor and the assistants here are all great people who do their job very well. Even though I don’t particularly look forward to a dental appointment, I can honestly say I leave her office happier than when I came in.

Incredibly disappointed with this practice. Baffled by their lack of professionalism and their utter disrespect. They book an appointment for my son (months ago) and then don’t even show up to it. This was a complete disappointment. A total waste of time and energy. P.S. A heads-up call would have been appreciated.
