We’ve had a wonderful experience with this daycare. The teachers are incredibly caring, patient, and genuinely invested in each child’s well-being. It’s clear they create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where children can learn and grow. A special thank you to Miss Ria, the director, who is always responsive, thoughtful, and responsible. Communication has been excellent, and we really appreciate how proactive and supportive she is whenever we have questions or concerns. Most importantly, our child absolutely loves going to daycare every day, which gives us great peace of mind as parents. We highly recommend this daycare to any family looking for a caring and trustworthy place for their little one.

My son has been attending Genius Kids since he was 4 months old. He is now a happy toddler who loves to play with his friends. The teachers are patient and attentive to our requests, and are quick to respond to our messages. Our experience has been positive so far and I highly recommend this daycare.

My daughter has been going to genius kids Peralta since 6 months old and has been there for more than a year now. Ms.Sakshi, Ms.Angelica, Ms.Acela and Ms.Julie have been taking really good care of my daughter. We can see that she is very attached to the teachers and is always happy to go to school. The communication is also clear and open, where we receive daily updates about her actives when we pick her up. I also enjoyed the little arts and crafts she brings home from time to time. Overall we really enjoy the experience with genius kids and would recommend their infant&toddler care program.

I usually do not leave negative reviews, especially for small businesses, but childcare is different. When it comes to babies, parents are trusting someone with the most precious part of their life. That trust needs warmth, communication, accountability, and genuine reassurance. Unfortunately, our experience here did not give us that comfort. Our baby, (joined genius kids at 15 months), is generally a happy and social child. He has been accustomed to daycare since he was 8 months old and had adjusted very well in his previous daycare. However, during his almost 2 weeks here, we consistently found him crying very badly at pickup. As parents, we understand that children need time to adjust to a new environment, but the level of distress we saw did not feel normal for him. When we asked whether he cried a lot during the day, the answer we received was vague — “he cries on and off.” When we asked if staff tried to console him, the response again did not feel confident or reassuring. When we asked how they comfort him, the response was essentially that they call him to come to them. For a 15 month old baby who is crying and adjusting to new faces and a new environment, this did not feel like enough emotional support. The sickness policy also felt unclear in practice. My child did not have any visible symptoms, but I informed daycare that he seemed cranky and thought of keeping him home for half a day . Instead, I was asked to keep him home for the full day. As working parents, we understand health precautions, but the expectations around minor toddler concerns did not feel clear or practical. What disappointed us most was the response we received after sharing our concerns. Instead of trying to understand why we were uncomfortable leaving our baby in their care, the response felt more like a point-by-point defense of the center’s policies. Even more upsetting, while responding that they gave utmost attention and care to our baby, they referred to him by someone else’s child’s name. That made the response feel like it may have been copied and pasted from another email, and it made us feel even less heard as parents. In the end, we decided to let go of our $300 deposit rather than send our baby for another 2 weeks during the notice period. No deposit is worth making your child continue in a place where you do not feel emotionally comfortable or confident about their care. I truly wish the center well, but our experience did not give us the warmth, reassurance, answerability, or accountability that we expected from a daycare caring for such young children.

Awesome teachers and management! My daughter has been going to Peralta campus since she was 7 months old. She is enjoying and thriving here. Teachers are very kind and accommodating to infant needs. They are professional as well as caring. We like that they give regular updates about food, diaper change and sleep. Thank you teachers for your hard work! You all area amazing! Facility is clean and child safe. Teachers wear house shoes. We really like that given my daughter spends most of time on floor putting anything in sight in her mouth. In all we are very happy with child care here.
