I had approximately $23,000 worth of repairs completed at this shop, but when I picked up my car, the sunroof cover was missing and the front left tire was flat. I was assured the tire wasn’t damaged and simply needed air, but it was completely flat (0 PSI) the very next day. I was also told the missing sunroof cover would be ordered and installed within a week. After multiple delays, I made several phone calls and left multiple voicemails for Wilbert over the course of several weeks, but none of my calls were returned and I received no updates. I’m currently trying to sell my vehicle, and this unresolved repair has delayed the sale. While I understand that parts can be delayed, there is no excuse for the lack of communication and follow-through. After spending over $23,000 on repairs, I expected much better customer service and attention to detail.

My car was hit causing extensive damage to my front suspension. G&C Auto Body did an amazing job with the body work and repair! My car is good as new! Looks and operates like it did before the accident. G&C Auto Body were wonderful to work with. They had great communication throughout the process and completed the repair quickly. I highly recommend them!

I dropped off my car for repair on 3/25/26, and the entire process was smooth and efficient—my car was repaired in just two days. Will and his Dad did a fantastic job fixing the damage. My vehicle was hit while at a stop sign, and the other driver's insurance, USAA, took responsibility for the repairs to my 2025 Tesla Model Y. Their only in-network provider, which was a Tesla-certified shop, was G&C Auto Body. I worked with Wilbert Vargas throughout the process, letting me know what may be needed for the repair, the time allotted to get the parts from Tesla, and how the supplemental would work if additional parts & labor are required after they start removing the parts to begin the repair. G&C Auto Body was extremely helpful and responsive, calling Enterprise to arrange a shuttle to pick me up for my rental, sending updates on the repair's progress, and letting me reschedule the pickup date to one that was easier for me. The repair looks great, as if it never happened. I am pleased with my experience at G&C Auto Body and highly recommend them.
