Had a super genuine and amazing experience here, the owner was very open and helpful when I was buying a new car. They took care of all the DMV paperwork so the only part I had to do was sign and add it to my insurance. Overall a super lenient and warm person who doesn’t just chase profits, but rather cares about the customer and their situation. Extremely happy with the experience!

PLEASE READ. Two and one half weeks ago, we took in a test drive in a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder. It drove smooth and strong, and felt felt reliable; so we declined a 2-month, $250 repair contact. So here we are 2.5 weeks later. The transmission is going out. The muffler is hanging loosely and close to the ground down. Ari the sales man did not push the contract on us which most do. In retrospect wevnow know why. Ins poke toAri who refused to provide any assistance in repairs then promptly hung up on me. I wasn't asking for a handout just help with approximate $7K in repair. Sadly to know that people continue to target the elderly and take advantage of many MY SUGGESTION. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING, OR DO BUSINESS WITH FUSION AUTO, FREMONT!!!
