I purchased 2 goat brains from Fresh Meat Factory and paid $13.98. but the total weight I received was only 40 grams, which is extremely low for two brains. There was no clear disclosure about the weight at the time of purchase, which feels misleading. For the price paid, the quantity was disappointing. I hope the store improves transparency around portion sizes and pricing so customers know what to expect.

Fresh meat, great quality, and excellent customer service. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a wide selection of halal meats. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the prices are fair for the quality offered. Highly recommended!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had buying chicken. The store presented the chicken as local and high quality, but from the very beginning, the raw meat had a very strong, unpleasant, and unusual odor. Even after cooking it with plenty of seasoning, onion, saffron, and other ingredients, the bad smell and unpleasant taste did not go away. The food was basically inedible, and we had to throw it out. For a product like chicken, which is directly tied to a family’s health and safety, this level of quality and storage is genuinely concerning. I would not recommend buying chicken from this store.

Buyer beware. I purchased baby goat meat here on Saturday, May 9th, and when I opened the package on May 12th, the smell was overwhelmingly foul — a clear sign the meat had already spoiled. What troubled me most is that I now recall noticing that exact same smell inside the store the day I bought it! I paid $43 for 2 pounds of meat that was not fit to eat. Selling expired or spoiled meat at premium prices is not only dishonest, it’s a serious food safety issue. I would hate for another family to go through this. I will not be returning and strongly urge others to inspect and smell any meat products carefully before purchasing here.
