I came in looking at the 2026 4Runner TRD Off-Road Premium and left absolutely in love with the car — and the experience. Matt made the whole process exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, he walked me through all the vehicles with genuine enthusiasm and zero pressure. His attitude throughout was warm, professional, and patient — exactly what you want when making a big purchase. What really stood out was how well Matt handled the tech onboarding side of things. Setting up the car app, walking me through connectivity features and all the details — he made what could easily be overwhelming feel completely smooth. That kind of customer empathy is rare and genuinely appreciated. The 4Runner is stunning, and Matt made sure I left feeling confident and excited. Highly recommend asking for Matt if you're shopping at Fremont Toyota. Five stars, no question. Mr. Takeda in finance was equally impressive — calm, straightforward, and never pushed unnecessary warranties or add-ons. The whole team made this one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had.

We had such a great experience working with Sandy at Toyota. From start to finish, she was patient, knowledgeable, and really easy to work with. She made the entire process feel smooth, fun (for my son) and stress-free, and we truly appreciated how she took the time to answer all of our questions without any pressure. My son was actually part of the whole browsing, test drive, financing process, and Sandy (along with the entire Toyota team) made it such a positive and welcoming experience for us. That meant a lot. Also the person who we worked with us to get to a number we felt good about was great, which made us feel confident in our decision. Can’t recommend Sandy and the team enough and of course, we all know Toyotas are some of the best cars out there!

Let me just say, I wish every car buying experience was like this one. I can't say enough good things about Fremont Toyota. From my first contact with Salesman Simon Dharmawan to Jason Terada in financing was outstanding. I live in Los Angeles Area and flew up to San Jose then to dealership for my 4 Runner. Simon made the sale very smooth taking pics and video and negotiating a contract without any games or pressure. When I arrived he had the car ready washed and fueled up for the long drive back. We took a test drive and he walked me through all features and connected me via apps to the car. Then Jason Terada in finance had everything ready with the contract and financing. No games or pressure tactics as we've all seen at other dealerships. Jason has been with the dealership for a long time and one of the things he indicated was how good the leadership is there. That makes complete sense because everything starts at the top with the General Manager. When you have great leadership it's reflective with all parts of the operation. This was very apparent this dealership has professional folks who really enjoy their jobs. High morale and productivity which go hand in hand. I have no worries and no problems every time I need an appointment to service my car. Even if I come in as a walk in and my awesome service representative Adrian never lets me down. He knows I live far away and commute to work 222 miles round trip so my I have to come in once a month. All I can is that I will continue to purchase Toyota because of Adrian and of course the reliability.
