I am writing to share my recent experience with Albert Liu, which I found to be quite distressing. During our video session, I felt that he was disengaged and unapproachable, which made it hard for me to open up about my mental health challenges. Unfortunately, when my phone battery died and I rejoined the call, Albert made a comment about my niece being disruptive that I found rude and insensitive. As someone struggling with anxiety, I expected a compassionate and professional response, but this remark left me feeling dismissed and even more anxious. I also reached out to the coordinator Marvin M afterwards to discuss my concerns but did not receive any response, despite multiple messages and calls. This lack of communication further added to my frustration. I had hoped for a supportive experience, but instead, I felt overlooked and undervalued. It's crucial for mental health practitioners to foster an empathetic and respectful environment, and I believe this was lacking in my interaction. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Albert Liu or this facility to others seeking mental health assistance. I hope my review can help others find the compassionate care they deserve.

I just wanted to say that this hospital is a very friendly hospital and that they can help you with what you suffer from. They give you medication and food 🙂.
