As a general dentist, I trusted Dr. Lee (anesthesiologist) and Dr. Maung (oral surgeon) with the surgical extraction of my 10-year-old daughter's impacted teeth. That trust was absolutely well placed. From start to finish, everything went exactly as planned. The surgery was smooth, and my daughter's recovery has been remarkably easy and virtually pain-free, which I credit to their exceptional skill and experience. She even felt well enough to do her homework later the same day! The entire experience was outstanding. The staff was friendly, organized, and efficient throughout check-in, imaging, and post-operative care. Everything was explained clearly, and there were no surprises. We are truly grateful to the entire Fremont Oral Surgery team for their professionalism, expertise, and compassionate care. As a dentist, I know what high-quality care looks like—and this is where dentists trust their own kids.

Dr. Maung and his team are the best! I referred my father here when I found out he needed an implant. I am a general dentist, but I don’t live in that area, so after asking my colleagues for recommendations I decided on Fremont Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. My father’s first appointment was a thorough consultation with Dr. Maung to assess the surgical site and quality of bone. They did a 3D scan of his mouth day of and had a surgical guide ready in two days, just in time for his surgery! I can’t thank Dr. Maung and his team for taking such great care of my father. The implant was placed quickly and accurately. The staff went over post-op care with him in great detail. He experienced little to no pain after the procedure and even told me he didn’t take the pain meds recommended because he felt fine! The front office staff were easy to communicate with and worked efficiently to schedule his appointments in a way that made sense for my dad’s busy schedule. Dr. Maung reached out the day after the procedure to make sure my dad was okay, which I really appreciated. There aren’t many specialsits who will take the time personally follow up after a procedure. Finally, there are only a handful of dentists that I would personally trust to care for my close friends and family and Dr. Maung is one of them, I wouldn’t hesitate to refer them back here.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed this morning with Dr. Patel. The staff, were very welcoming and did a great job in informing me about the expectations post-op and the best care practices to prevent swelling and infection. My daughter is about 7hrs post-op and aside from numbing she’s doing well. Thank you Dr. Patel, Elaine and Veronica for the wonderful care you had provided.

I’ve had really bad dental anxiety for the longest time. So much so I delayed getting my wisdom teeth out for 20 years. I finally had enough anti-anxiety meds in me to bite the bullet and get them out last year. I was referred to FOMS and I’m glad I ended up going here. Dr.Patel was super supportive and helpful and the entire staff was really kind and attentive. According to my ride I was in and out in like 30 minutes. It all ended up healing really well. Fast forward to this week where I had an extremely bad toothache. Dentist visits Tuesday with a recommendation to pull it out. On Wednesday called FOMS from my dentist’s office. Pulled it out this Thursday morning by Dr. Lee and Diana who tried to make it as comfortable of an experience as possible. I even decided to stay awake for this one (with some laughing gas). Again, just a really understanding and wonderful team.

I had a tooth extraction and bone graft procedure with Dr. Patel, and I couldn't be happier with the care I received. Dr. Patel was professional, skilled, and took the time to explain everything before the procedure, which helped ease my anxiety. A special thank you to Sam and Elaine for their kindness, patience, and excellent support throughout the entire process. The team made me feel comfortable and well cared for from check-in to follow-up. The procedure went smoothly, and my recovery has been much better than I expected.
