Terrible scheduling and communication. They randomly change appointments and take weeks to reschedule, completely ignoring time-sensitive pregnancy milestones. To make matters worse, they almost never answer the phone during business hours.

Office manager and assistant were extremely rude and unprofessional. She cut me off while I was talking , sounded annoyed and didn’t give a chance for me to speak while am checking the process with them , their communication is one-sided and donot listen to what patient is trying to communicate. As they are the bridge between patient and doctor for the initial setup , their behavior was unacceptable, especially when people are already anxious about their health . I hope the staff can receive better training in patient communication.

This doctor is not friendly whatsoever and is very insensitive and lacks bedside manners. She has a passive aggressive personality and it’s hard to be comfortable around her. Today she tried discussing my religion with me and speaking about it in a negative light. She also tried talking about the Iranian war for whatever reason I’m guessing because irans a Muslim country and I’m a visibly practicing Muslim. Very weird and unprofessional. She also takes a very long time and has you waiting in the waiting room or patient room and when she comes in she doesn’t apologize for being late. I wouldn’t recommend her.

First time patient trying to schedule and appointment. Provided insurance info and wanted to ask if they can help me check if my plan is in network and what the payment looks like. Front desk is very impatient and rude when I asked and insisted that I will need to check on my own and stated the clinic does not take out of pocket visits. I ended up cancelling my appointment in the end. Save yourself some time and don't even try scheduling an appointment. Waste of time ＋ needs to deal with unprofessional attitude 🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️
